Soundshaper
SOUNDSHAPER is a control interface for CDP, the sound transformation software developed since the mid-1980s by the COMPOSERS' DESKTOP PROJECT.  CDP has a huge range of processes and tools for manipulating, creating and altering sounds to make music, many of which are not available elsewhere. Soundshaper Pro  - new release
SOUNDSHAPER PRO (2.0) is now available (May 08). This is a provisional release of the full version.
Soundshaper Pro introduces multi-patches: sequences of up to ten processes which can be saved, recalled and run with different source sounds.  Any cell in the patch can be auditioned, re-edited or replaced with a different process. >>READ MORE

Soundshaper Pro is free to those who have registered Soundshaper Standard Edition since the qualifying date of 1st April 2004. For earlier-  registered users, an upgrade is available.

Soundshaper Standard - new version
SOUNDSHAPER STANDARD EDITION 1.8 (May 08) The current version of Soundshaper Standard is for CDP 5.01 as well as the older CDP 4.5. Soundshaper Standard supports a chain of up to 10 processes (and 10 UNDOs) without you constantly having to save files. The new version features a revised MIX page and improved parameter pages, plus support for 32-bit internal processing.


Soundshaper Standard Edition is now free for all users. Any order for Soundshaper from January 2008 will be regarded as a purchase of Soundshaper Pro. See Registration Details

Revised Documentation
A new version of the Soundshaper Manual is now available, for both Soundshaper Standard (1.8) and Soundshaper Pro (2.0).
