PRO IS NOT FREEWARE: downloads are for
those who have purchased a Soundshaper user-licence from CDP since 1st
April
2004,
including new users. Unregistered
users of
Soundshaper Standard must first purchase a user-licence from CDP. Those
who registered before 1st April 2004 should purchase an
upgrade-licence.

To complete
registration
of Soundshaper Pro, users will be sent on request a Validation Code
from
Ensemble Software. (This is not an automated procedure and could take a
few days.) SoundshaperPro2.022.zip(1.3MB):
the latest full version (Nov/Dec 08, revised Jan 09*) New Soundshaper.exe (Nov/Dec 08, revised Jan 09*) and associated files. Free update for existing Pro users converting to version 2.022 as above. For PSOW, download PSOW.exe and documentation from the CDP website's Updates page. As 2.02 (Dec.08), but with a minor bugfix (see below*). If you are running 2.02 successfully already you do not need this version. SSProUpgrade2.022.zip(1.25MB): upgrade to Soundshaper Pro from Standard. (Nov/Dec.08 revised Jan 09*) Contains all the files needed for existing Standard users to convert to Pro version 2.02 as above. Note that you have to purchase a Pro licence first, from CDP. This entitles you to User Support. Registration is also required before the program can be run. For PSOW, download PSOW.exe and documentation from the CDP website's Updates page. For the latest Known Bugs, click here: KnownBugs.txt. (Last updated: Jan. 09) Please send in bug reports as this is the quickest way to stabilise the program for everyone's benefit. * BUG IN 2.02 A small bug in version 2.02 affected registration under Vista. Click here to download a replacement SoundshaperPro.exe: SSP2.022.zip (742kB). TIME-VARYING SOUND NUMBERS IN CDP TEXTURE An updated file implementing a newly-discovered feature in TEXTURE: when using multiple input sounds, you can time vary the sound-numbers used for textural processes. | SoundshaperPro.zip contains a self-extracting file which installs files into a folder named \SoundshaperPro. Users who have an existing config. file Sndshape.cfg should copy this into \SoundshaperPro and run ConvCfg.exe to convert it to a new-style environment file. Full instructions in InstallSSP.txt. | |
